Springtime is the time of awakening and new beginnings. Here in the mountains, this means a balance of delicate spring buds and rushing meltwater. You must not miss this! For this reason, this spring we have developed refreshingly inclusive “spring moments” to help you enjoy this special alpine season.

Enjoyable moments on your spring vacation

Alpine cuisine spring: 1 x a week we offer a hike to one of the 16 alpine cuisine huts. Together with the 4-toque chef Richard Rauch, the hut owners have developed a unique alpine dish for their hut. Here are some of the huts

Spring cuisine at the Schütterhof: Our head chef Manfred König and sous-chef Markus Doppelhamer have come up with a special spring menu, which will be served twice a week on our 4-course menu. Let us surprise you
Spring juices to squeeze yourself: Detox and juice cures are often part of the spring season. However, as we don't want to deprive our guests of the benefits of our gourmet cuisine, we encourage you to start the day with a home-pressed juice at our breakfast buffet full of flavor and vitamins!

Refreshing spring moments with aqua gymnastics: once a week you can leave the winter torpor behind you in the pleasant water and start spring with renewed vigor.
Guided spring hikes and e-bike tours: Enjoy the last remnants of snow or observe the awakening of nature? Depending on the weather, our activity team Waltraud, Günther, Hans and Manfred offer free guided spring hikes, snowshoe or bike tours through the burgeoning mountain landscape of the Enns Valley once a week.

Morning contemplation in the house chapel: spring brings awakening and new beginnings. During the “Spring Moments”, our senior manager Renate Gyger invites you to start the day together once a week with a morning reflection.
Spring visit to local producers: once a week with the activity team to a regional producer including a guided tour, tasting or workshop. Examples of this:
