Natural kitchen, fish, meat or delicious meals from granny's cookbook. Thanks to our ¾ gourmet board you can feast extensively with us at the Schütterhof. Enjoy breakfast and dinner in the dining room "Panorama" with spectacular views of Schladming and the Dachstein or in the modern conservatory overlooking the Hochwurzen.
Try our delicious cakes at the "afternoon snack" in the Stüberl. Then enjoy the nightcap in front of our fireplace in our newly built panoramic bar. In summer, we also serve you the food on the large panoramic terrace.

At the Schütterhof you are looking forward to getting up. Every morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you, leaving nothing to be desired. The offer ranges from fresh, light to hearty dishes. Squeeze out a fresh fruit and vegetable juice and put together your own muesli. Treat yourself to an omelette or a pancake - everything about the egg is freshly prepared before your eyes and according to your wishes.

Eat at ¾ bar
A rich breakfast buffet, a 4-course evening meal or themed buffet and an afternoon snack are included in the ¾ gourmet board in the Hotel Schütterhof. Every day between 1 p.m. and 16:30 p.m. we make an afternoon buffet, where you can choose between different homemade cakes and hearty treats. In the evening menus, our kitchen team is inspired by international, Austrian and vegetarian cuisine. In addition, we spoil our guests regularly with buffets and "front-cooking".

Natural pleasure
We prepare all food and drinks with love and use only high quality and if possible regional products. The fruit juices, pumpkin seed oil and cheese are of course sourced from Styria. When compiling the menus, we pay attention to the seasonal reference. Of course, we take care of any allergies and food intolerances and create something good for you! Please inform us before your arrival about possible incompatibilities.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
At Hotel Schütterhof, three meals are served daily:
- Breakfast buffet: 7:30 am – 10:30 am
- Afternoon buffet: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
- Dinner (4-course menu or themed buffet): 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
What is included in the afternoon snack buffet, and are drinks included?
Our afternoon buffet includes a hot soup, a fresh salad buffet, changing warm snacks, and a generous selection of cakes and pastries.
An exclusive Schütterhof benefit: Complimentary soft drinks (juices, flavoured water and soda) are available at our buffet beverage station from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Coffee specialties and tea are included from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Do guests have an assigned table in the restaurant?
Yes. Each guest is assigned a reserved table for the entire stay at both breakfast and dinner.
If you have a seating preference, please let us know in advance. We will gladly accommodate your request whenever possible.
Is there a dress code in the restaurant?
For dinner, we kindly ask guests to follow a smart casual dress code.
Sportswear, swimwear and flip-flops are not appropriate for the evening. Bathrobes are, however, welcome at the afternoon snack buffet.
What are the opening hours of the hotel bar?
Our Panorama Bar, overlooking Schladming and the Dachstein mountains, is open daily from the afternoon until at least 11:00 pm.
Enjoy a carefully selected range of fine wines, cocktails, coffee specialties and aperitifs.
Do you offer 3/4 board?
Hotel Schütterhof offers its own ¾ Gourmet Board, combining the best of half board and full board.
It includes:
