Skiing holiday in the 5-star Schladming ski area The world's largest test portal for ski resorts, Skiresort.de, has praised top ski slopes, top lifts, top snow reliability and much more, and has named the Schladming 4-mountain ski area a 5-star ski area. From the hotel's ski room, you can take a ramp directly to the Planai valley station.
Wide pistes, highly efficient snow cannons and the modern valley station building "Planet Planai" make the hearts of skiers beat faster. The ski area here in Austria on the Planai in Schladming became known worldwide through the 2013 World Ski Championships - and you can also measure your time on runway 2 there.
The slopes of the Planai, together with those of the mountains Hochwurzen, Hauser Kaibling and Reiteralm, form the 125 km of the 4-mountain ski area, which in turn is part of Austria's largest ski network Ski amadé. With 230 excellently groomed slopes, 88 modern lifts and varied descents of varying degrees of difficulty, the Schladming-Dachstein region is attractive for ambitious alpine athletes, pleasure skiers and beginners.
