Cancellations for Hotel Schütterhof must be submitted in writing by email to hotel@schuetterhof.com or via messenger.

The following cancellation periods apply:

• Summer season: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Winter season: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. Booking.com), the respective platform's cancellation policy applies.

A deposit of €200 per double room and €400 per junior suite or family room is required to confirm your reservation.

At the hotel, we accept cash, debit cards (EC/Maestro), Visa, and Mastercard.

Check-in at Hotel Schütterhof is available from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to begin enjoying your holiday right away. We will gladly store your luggage safely at reception, our spa area is open for use from the morning, and our afternoon buffet is available from 1:00 pm. Relax on our panoramic terrace and enjoy your first view of the Dachstein mountains with a coffee or tea.

Check-in is available daily from 3:00 pm, and check-out is until 10:30 am.

• Late check-in: Arrivals after 8:00 pm are possible at any time with prior notice. Your room key will be prepared for you.
• Schütterhof benefit on departure day: After check-out, you are welcome to enjoy our spa area free of charge until 5:00 pm.

Our reception is staffed daily from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

For urgent requests between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm, our team at the restaurant or panoramic bar will be happy to assist you.

Yes. If you arrive by train, Hotel Schütterhof offers a complimentary shuttle service from Schladming railway station, located just 2.9 km from the hotel.

Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can arrange your transfer smoothly.

No. All room rates at Hotel Schütterhof are exclusive of the statutory local tourist tax.

The tourist tax is €2.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 15 years and over) and will be charged separately on your hotel bill.
