Location & Arrival - Car park
We provide enough free private parking in front of the hotel. - Check-in
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, we will gladly take your luggage, so that your first day of vacation can start immediately. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.30 am. - Your advantages after the check-out
On the day of departure you are welcome to use our wellness area until the evening and also enjoy the vital lunch and the afternoon snack. A luggage room and changing facilities are available.
Vacation for allergy sufferers
- Our rooms with solid wood furniture and floors are particularly suitable for allergics.
- Our kitchen team will gladly prepare gluten- and lactose-free menus if you inform us in advance about your food intolerances. Please inform us, when you make your reservation.
Cancellation policy
Please note that cancellations are only possible in a written form and will be charged as follows:
- summer season 25 (May 1st - December 5th, 2025): Free cancellation 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel for other reasons less than 7 days before your arrival, we will retain your deposit (€ 200 per room or € 400 per family room/junior suite).
- winter season 24/25 (December 6th 2024 - April 31st, 2025): Free cancellation 14 days before your arrival. If you cancel for other reasons less than 14 days before your arrival, we will retain your deposit (€ 200 per room or € 400 per family room/junior suite).
Travel insurance

The hotel is located directly on the slopes. You have direct access to the 4 mountains ski area and 123 kilometers of slopes without needing your car. There are also two ski schools nearby. - Winter activities
