Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT and exclude the tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day (from 15 years of age). We accept the following payment methods: cash in euros, EC cards (AT, DE), MasterCard, Diners Club, and VisaCard.

Deposit
To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of €200 per room or €400 per junior suite/family room.

Internet:
Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Smoking:
We provide ashtrays on the balconies for all smokers. Smoking is also permitted in our cigar lounge; otherwise, the entire hotel is smoke-free.

Rules - Wellness
The Relax & Vital Spa (-1 floor: infinity pool, -2 floor: panoramic saunas, hot water pool) is only accessible to guests aged 16 and over. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your room for your stay. You are welcome to take the slippers home with you.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. On the day of departure, you are welcome to use the Schütterhof Spa until 5:00 p.m. The afternoon buffet is included on the day of departure. Luggage storage and changing facilities are available.

Overnight stays without dinner
For overnight stays with breakfast (without dinner), the price is reduced by €10 per adult per day. Children €5 per day.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.

Cancellation policy:

Please note that cancellations can only be made in writing: hotel@schuetterhof.com or via our Messenger.

November: free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (after that, we will retain the deposit).

December – April: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (after that, we will retain the deposit).

PS: These cancellation policies do not apply to bookings made through travel portals + travel agencies (Booking.com, etc.), but rather the cancellation policies published there.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation and holiday insurance. We will be happy to send you the relevant documents on request. www.europaeische.at

 In all other respects, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply (AGB Hotellierie).
