Paul Gürtler has already cooked at Schloss Fuschl (17 points GM) and at Restaurant Ikarus in Hangar 7, where he spent three years learning from the best in the world. He then gained experience at Restaurant D.O.M. in São Paulo (11th Best Restaurant of the World) and at Grande Roche in Paarl, South Africa (45th Best Restaurant of the World). Culinary journeys of discovery have taken him to Scandinavia, South East Asia and Southern Europe. Back home, he focused on regionality and transformed fine dining into FUN dining. Since 2016, he has been managing the “stadtliebe” in Linz, responsible for the entire F&B area and over 60 employees.

Klaus Victor completed his cooking apprenticeship at the Zinnkanne restaurant, worked as a young chef at the Hotel Wolfinger (then still with a restaurant) and later as head chef at the Linzer Stube. He became self-employed at the age of 23 and ran Victor's Café and Catering on Hessenplatz in Linz for 18 years. Currently, the thoroughbred restaurateur and his wife Brigitte ensure that you can sit back and relax with coffee, tea or a drink in Victor's Café Bistro in the Arkade from morning to after-work hour.
